
You should be allowed access to the site at this point. Please note that this international access requires us to set a cookie on your computer. Allow Cookies
In Chrome:
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data. Ensure that “Allow all cookies” is selected or that third-party cookies are not blocked.
Edge:
Go to Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data. Make sure “Block third-party cookies” is not enabled.
Add Our Site To Trusted Sites:
Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome Settings: Click the three dots in the top right corner of the browser and select “Settings”.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security: Click on “Privacy and Security”.
- Open Site Settings: Click on “Site settings”.
- Find Trusted Sites/Exceptions: Look for options like “Pop-ups and redirects” or “Cookies and other site data” and then find “Exceptions” or “Allowed” lists.
- Add the Website: Enter the website address and click “Add”.
Edge:
You can add trusted sites through “Internet Options” in the control panel, or by searching for “Internet Options” and navigating to the Security tab.
Internet Explorer:
Access “Internet Options” from the control panel, go to the Security tab, select “Trusted Sites,” and then click “Sites” to add websites.
Firefox:
Go to the browser menu (three horizontal lines), select “Settings,” then “Privacy & Security,” and find the “Exceptions” list.
Clear Your Cache
Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome: Launch the Chrome browser on your computer.
- Access the Menu: Click the three vertical dots (More icon) in the top right corner of the browser window.
- Go to Settings: Select “More tools” then “Clear browsing data”.
- Choose Time Range: Select the time range for which you want to clear data (e.g., “All time”).
- Select Cache: Check the box next to “Cached images and files”.
- Clear Data: Click “Clear data” to remove the cache.
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Firefox: Launch the Firefox browser.
- Access the Menu: Click the three horizontal lines (Menu icon) in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings: Select “Settings”.
- Navigate to Privacy & Security: Click on “Privacy & Security”.
- Clear Data: Click the “Clear Data” button in the “Cookies and Site Data” section.
- Select Cache: Check the box next to “Cached Web Content”.
- Clear: Click “Clear” to remove the cache.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge: Launch the Edge browser.
- Access the Menu: Click the three dots (More icon) in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings: Select “Settings”.
- Navigate to Privacy, search, and services: Click on “Privacy, search, and services”.
- Clear Browsing Data: Click the “Choose what to clear” button in the “Clear browsing data” section.
- Select Time Range: Select the time range for which you want to clear data.
- Select Cache: Check the box next to “Cached images and files”.
- Clear: Click “Clear now”.
Safari (Mac):
- Open Safari: Launch the Safari browser.
- Enable Develop Menu: Go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Advanced and check “Show Develop menu in menu bar”.
- Access the Menu: Click “Develop” in the menu bar.
- Empty Caches: Select “Empty Caches”.
